Four. And glad you're enjoying it. A few things to note:
First up, I'm taking a few liberties. The first, and, now that you think about it, most obvious, is that in this, royal blood lines do actually have some degree of power inherit to being royal. If you are a prince, you will be stronger, faster, and chances are better looking then a more normal person. You'll be smarter, and all the rest. The reason for this will become apparent as the game progresses, but it's also my justification for all the plot relevant disney characters of that nature.
Second up, I'm toning down some of my influences, because it's not as funny as I thought it will be. I'm now playing the badguys a lot more seriously, and I'm repossessing Draxx's badguy team for my own uses. I'm also going over the ones I've already got and axing away those that don't fit.
Third, in a rather strange turn, Sora and Riku are both NPC's, however they are still major characters, so expect to run into them a few times as they do the same thing you are, as well as a few worlds they've already sorted out for you. Don't worry, your still all the focus, and you'll still be involved in all sorts of shenanigans, but it's their story too, and you're going to have to share it. Same goes for Aqua, although chances are she'll die when I need a candidate for the Worf effect.
Also, this is going to be a huge game, and it will require you to pay attention. If you don't, a lot of what is going on will go over your head. It's going to be at least as big as the actual games themselves, and while a bit darker hopefully all the better for it.
Forth, you're telling a story, and don't be afraid to do that. Drop characters and pick new ones up occasionally. If something isn't working, try something new. All in all, the point is that we all enjoy ourselves.

Also, the land of dragons now has most of the fragments of Soul Edge floating around in it, since despite destroying the blade you didn't try to purify it or anything. So that means sooner or later someone will be revisiting Land of Dragons, with the stakes significantly higher.

Ah, the thing with soul edge would be Ven's inexperience in certain areas shining through. Since he pierced the blade with a beam of light he asumed it was purified, kind of like a keyhole. Thus when he told Xianghua about it she thought that he had really purified it.

Eh, don't worry, it happens to Sora all the time as well. And yes, that is Mayor Mike Haggar. Walking crime deterrent extraordinaire. You know me, I can never miss a chance to play around, and I happen to like Haggar a lot.

Sora

Age:15
Appearance: Sora is young, and slightly short for his age. He wears a white and silver outfit, slightly baggy on him to give him room to grow, using many zippers and buckles to fit closely, with a signature crown necklace and crown chain. He's boyishly handsome, has perpetually messy hair, and is still slim and youthful, waiting to fill out.
Personality: Sora has a typical brave and heroic personality, meaning he'll willingly risk his life, even for people he doesn't even know yet. He's extremely loyal to his friends, and has been shown to be extremely forgiving, and is highly protective of Kairi. He constantly thinks positive and is therefore highly optimistic. He's sweet, good-natured and trusting, and upbeat to a fault. Although he is simple minded at times, he has a strong sense of justice, and has shown himself to be fairly intelligent and skilled at pattern recognition. And if you hurt those he cares about, he will end you, no matter who you are or how hard you run.
Equipment: Clothes that channel the powers of his friends into Sora, allowing him to fuse with them. His keyblade (Ultima Keyblade, naturally). And a crown pendant.
Motivation: Stop the heartless and help as many people as he can making the universe safe. Help his friends, and protect Kairi at all costs.

Riku

Spoiler:

Age: 16
Appearance: His hair is silver and his eyes are blue green, with pale skin, and well built for his age. He wears a black zip-up tank-top and a white and yellow vest over it, his pants are a pair of baggy blue denim jeans held up by a black belt covered with square spike studs, and a simple pair of sneakers.
Personality: Riku is a calm, cool, collected teen who is not afraid to go far beyond his limits. He exhibits a strong competitive streak, but has a great amount of loyalty and care for his friends, and a tendency to take more on his shoulders then he can handle alone. He has a somewhat wry sense of humor, and an insatiable curiosity.
Equipment: His keyblade Soul Eater.
Motivation: Help Sora stop the Heartless and bring peace to all the worlds. See as much of the universe as he can. And be with his friends.

Kairi

Spoiler:

Age: 15
Appearance: Kairi has dark red hair, violet-blue eyes, a pale complexion, and a necklace with a silver bead. She is just beginning to develop into a young woman, and she is well on her way to blossoming.
Personality: Kairi is caring, kindhearted and not afraid to speak her mind. However, she is determined and courageous when someone she cares about is in danger, often risking her own safety to help that person. Kairi is also very charismatic, she's usually always very cheerful and upbeat and seems to be bit of a tomboy as well.
Equipment: She can wield a keyblade (Destiny's Embrace), but without one attuned to her, her ability to actually call it fluctuates.
Motivation: Stick with her friends and help them out as much as she can.

Hey Cracklord I was wondering if I could bring in two more characters. THey could either become new members of Dawning Light or more preferably a different group all together to prevent the group from getting to big. By the way they are from the anime Soul Eater. Okay here they are

Death the Kid and his Demon Weapon partners Liz(taller one) and Patti(shorter one)



Age:15(Kid), 16(Patti), 17(Liz)
Appearance: Death the kid(aka Kid) usually is seen wearing his usual black suit with white striped shoulders and black dress pants. He usually makes sure to keep them really clean and also totes a skull shaped token on his neck. Liz and Patti wear red tops with white ties. Liz wears pants while Patti wears shorts.
Personality: Kid's personality is complicated. He is usually a very nice person and is kind to most people however he has a great sense of order. This expresses itself in an extreme case of OCD toward symmetry. If something is symmetrical Kid will breakdown in near worship of it. If that something happens to be an enemy Kid will flat out refuse to harm said enemy. However asymmetry has the opposite effect on him. An asymmetrical object will draw his ire or in more extreme cases sickness. However an asymmetrical enemy will throw him into a berzerker like rage where he will continues firing his guns until the enemy is destroyed. However he has been working on his and has started to build up a certain level of tolerance to asymmetry.
Patti's personality is one of a sweet oblivious girl who to most people seems like a ditz. However don't be fooled as she grew up as on orphan on the streets of Brooklyn in her world. Meaning that she at least has common sense and street smarts. Liz is the sane-man of the
group and the most reasonable not having any personality extremes. However she does get extremely terrified of most supernatural things though she can work through it if it means helping and saving her sister and Kid.
Bio:He is the son of the BIG shinigami at least from his world. Also known as Lord Death or the grim reaper. This means that he is also a shinigami. What this means is that he is a fair deal stronger than the average person and with his training at his father's school has become even stronger. He along with his friend Maka Albarn managed to escape his world which had been engulfed by darkness. The reason for this was the Kishin Asura. Kishin are beings of madness, darkness and destruction much like the heartless. In actuality Kishin could be a mutated strain of heartless. They are born when the souls(or hearts as the case may be) of humans leave the human path and become filled with evil. Then the hearts become pre-kishin. It is at this stage that they can be hunted which is what Miester's(like Kid) who wield weapons (like Liz and Patti) do. However Kishin and pre-kishin keep their human forms. Pre-kishin range from slightly intelligent but slaves to their hunger for human hearts, to highly intelligent and able to control their hunger. Full blown Kishin retain all of their intelligence and gain even more power. There has been only one Kishin ever born and that one Kishin almost caused the end of Kid's world before it was sealed. However it was unsealed and this time did succeed in destroying the world. Now Kid and his friend Maka along with their weapon partners are traveling throughout the worlds to fight the heartless and the escaped kishin in the last thing his father gave him before being destroyed by the kishin, a gummi ship.
Powers/Abilities: The three white lines in Kid's hair are called Sanzu lines. Whenever they connect they grant Kid a big power boost. If all the lines connect then he gets one very large power boost though it is hard for him to do so. Patti(the shorter one) and Liz are his weapon partners who can shapeshift into a pair of guns that he wields Supa Gansta Style (i.e holding the guns away from him to the sides shooting with his pinky's.) They also compress and shoot soul wavelengths. These soul bullets pummel a persons soul and can hit with enough hits. They won't however put holes in the opponent or their cloths. Unless Kid chooses for them to. Whenever Kid is not around Liz and Patty can act as each others Meisters as they are sisters and therefore have compatible spirit wavelengths. The three of them can perform soul resonance in order to perform special moves one of them being the Death Cannon. Patti is very athletic and is pretty strong. He is able to produce skull like black arms from his body for offensive or supportive purposes
Equipment:He has a skateboard that he calls beelzebub. It is capable of flight at very fast speeds (Slightly above mach 1). The Gummi ship his father left his with a black paint job with white skull like ornaments.

Maka Albarn and Demon Weapon partner Soul 'Eater' Evans


Age: 15(Maka), 15(Soul)
Appearance: Maka wears a black trench-coat along with a yellow sweater-vest over a white polo shirt with a green and white tie. Soul wears a black jacket over his orange shirt and and black jeans.
Personality: Maka has a the personality of a strong independent girl. She is slightly sexist toward men due to the fact that her father cheating on her mother leading to their divorce. She likes to read a lot and is very intelligent as a result. She is also one of the kindest people your could meet. However if you do something stupid or insult her you had better be prepared for a 'Maka Chop'. Soul describes himself as a cool guy and constantly references is something is cool or not. However beneath his cool guy exterior he is extremely loyal. Though he does have the tendency to insult those he cares about if only jokingly. He would give his body to protect Maka and Kid willingly.
Bio: Thier bio is much like Kid's, only they were a regular Meister and Weapon team, but they were still one of the best. Kid grabbed her and Soul as they were escaping the deteriorating world.
Powers/AbilitiesMaka has been practicing with scythes for a long time as such she is able to wield the weapon almost like a baton. She is very skilled with it. Thanks to the fact that Maka has a Grigor soul (a soul that has an orb shape with angel wings on the side.) Soul (the boy in the picture) can manifest strong and powerful angel wings that allow for flight. Maka has great physical fitness. She can even run on walls for short distances. Maka's soul carries an Anti-Demon Wavelength. This Wavelength acts as a powerful barrier against insanity and darkness. This Wavelength is also carried over to her attacks, which serve to be very effective against Witches or any individual harboring madness or dark powers. Using the purification effect of her Anti-Demon Wavelength in her attacks, she can even take on an Immortal. This Anti-Demon Wavelength, coupled with her sensitive Soul Perception ability, makes Maka a huge threat to the Kishin and Witches. Attempts to kill her are from both Medusa, in the name of Witches, and Justin, in the name of Asura. She can Resonate with others who are about to be pulled into madness, and restore their sanity. She can do this through acts of physical contact, such as holding hands, or by embracing someone. Maka also possess the ability of Soul perception meaning that she can see other peoples souls and there characteristics depending what their soul looks like. Soul can do this to but unlike with Maka who can see them, as a musician (a pianist) Soul can hear peoples wavelengths but he can only do this if he is with Maka and she is using Soul Resonance.Soul is also able to partially transform his body to fight by himself or he can just have his scythe blade pop out of his arm or he can become a scythe for Maka to wield. Soul possesses the Black Room inside his mind, inhabited by Little Ogre, which is born when he is infected with the Black Blood. Once the Black Blood is activated, Soul can allow it to invade the blood stream of those performing Soul Resonance with him. The Black Blood gives Soul and his infected partner(s) immense strength, at the cost of Soul, and possibly his partner, plunging into madness. Soul only uses this strength as a last resort, although Little Ogre constantly tempts him, playing on his dismay of not being a powerful Weapon on his own. However, as Soul gains more control over the insanity, he becomes gradually able to only draw out the strength of the Black Blood, and not the madness that comes with it. This does seem to strain him after overuse, however, as he has not learned to fully control it yet. When he uses too much power, he accidentally activates the Black Blood, although he still has control over its madness. Soul's ability as a pianist can be very useful as he has developed the ability to manipulate Wavelengths by treating the Soul Wavelengths of people like music. He plays a piano inside the Black Room of his soul with activates his ability. It usefulness lies in the ability of Chain Resonance with Maka and Kid can do together. He can also spread his partner Maka's Anti-Demon Wavelength through his piano, sometimes through great distances (he needs a medium to send the soundwaves through for this to be possible, though). After becoming a Death Scythe, he gains the ability of spreading Wavelengths using Arachne's ability of using spider webs. This makes his piano more powerful and he no longer needs a medium as he provides one himself. By playing the opposite sounds of a person's Wavelength on his piano, he can disrupt and incapacitate an opponent. Although this ability is invaluable, Soul risks falling deeper and deeper into the insanity of the Black Blood if he plays too long, and thus limits his playing time. He also needs Maka's Soul Perception in order to sense everyone else's Soul Wavelengths, meaning he cannot use his ability alone. Maka can also use black blood through Soul.
Equipment: She has basic healing supplies including potions, ethers, and a Cottage.

Sorry, but I have to refuse. It's not a power imbalance or anything, it's a matter that is rather more simple. Video game characters only, in this game. Sorry, but if I move on that principle, who knows what might happen?

By the way, I updated the opening post. It's a lot more cryptic, and a lot less coherent, and the list of enemies has been updated.
