Teen Titans

It was suggested that a Teen Titans game might be fun. So here I am, fishing for one.
Now, this is based on both the comic book series produced by DC, and a television show. The principle is a team of sidekicks breaking loose to form their own team.

After the defeat of the Brotherhood of Evil, there are five teams, each with their own city to protect, their own tower and their own independent way of operating, remaining only loosely unified.

The rules for creating an Own character are simple. Pick (or make up) a superhero from DC, make a sidekick, and you're set. If you don't want to be a sidekick, then think up an alternate backstory and go from there.

Now there will be no playing Mentors. If they do get pulled in, which they might, so be it. But I reserve the right to control them for obvious reasons.

Furthermore, at this point I am just gauging interest.

Yeah, I could get behind that, though I don't know the character. Try to pick characters that counterpoint other peoples. If we get four stoics it's faintly ridiculous, so the more humorously divergent the better.

Think of her like Buffy, only about three times as cheerful and half as competent.

Character: Supergirl (Kara Zor-El)

I know she's technically part of the Justice League, but she still pretty much lives in Superman's shadow, so it's about time she stepped out on her own (sort of).

Supergirl is fine, though it means I need to put a lot of thinking into challenging you and still allowing everyone else to contribute. Lets make her sixteen or so, and not too long on earth, so she fits in with the Titans.

Mind if I add another faction? The Unwanteds are a group Neutral. As their name suggests, they are super teens who are unwanted by either the Titans or Slade's Faction.
Jerrel is the original creator, but I have two characters for it.

I'm pretty sure Supergirl is already 16 in terms of the Justice league, so that's not really necessary, plus, Superman's powers get nerfed all the time; seriously, anyone remember Golden Age Superman?

Besides, with the, somehow, plentiful supply of Kryptonite, as every villain seems to get a hold of some, it shouldn't be a problem.

I wasn't going to use Deathstroke, actually, but I suppose I can work them in if you really want (though it needs some work thematically, in regards to the details). Of course, the idea that nobody can find a use for people with superpowers seems a little strange to me.
And how exactly is it that they aspire to form their own faction? Is it that they don't want to be heroes, and simply want to live as regular people (because that seems like it would be boring to play as)? Is it that they have their own motive (say, causing social change)?

You will have to ask Jerrel for the details. All I know is that we formed our own group because we were too 'evil' to be Titans and far too good to be evil. We are Chaotic Good/ Neutral Good to use D&D terms. We help the Titans sometimes, but we also steal when we have to. We are kind of like Lupin the Third. Gentlemen (and ladies) that are Yang more than Yin.
