King Mickey
"No." Every inch of Mickey's body screams to attack Kefka, to strike him down before he could hurt more people, or get a spell ready. But no, Mickey needed to keep him talking. Keep the rather loose clown talking about..well, everything. "After all, you might not have come alone. And then I'd have no weapon."

Wild Flower
"I'm sorry, sir, but....I don't want to lose my friend. He's all I have anymore."

Zhou Yu
"Very well." He says, takes two steps back, then runs and leaps with perfect muscle control, diving ten meters through the air then landing on the deck in a crouch, and plants the tip of his sword on the ground before his right foot as he pulls himself up.

"So be it. Shall we?"

Terra
He grabs the hook before it can drag his soul more then a foot, muscles straining on his toned arms like snakes writhing on his skin, as he pits his strength against the god. He grits his teeth, so hard he nearly bits through his lips and tongue, preventing him from

Metaknight
The tiny armored figure stares over the battlefield, sedately following the flow of the battle, then lifts his sword. Light gleams down the edge, and with a wave he demolishes a row of the incoming legionaries under an arc of light that tears them apart, then brings it back across his body in a guard position.

Nameless
"I see you were honest." He says, looking around at the piles of treasure with nothing but analytical surprise. He may not know himself, but the wealth doesn't tempt him even a little. He's not the sort to value material wealth, given he's so inwardly focussed it's almost meaningless to him.

"You mentioned magic." He says, turning his gaze on the street rat. "And an enemy. Show me."

King Mickey
He cocks his head, meets your gaze, and then lets out a little wheezing cackle, eyes bugging out grotesquely as he folds his legs beneath him, reclining on empty air in a casual slouch. "That was a longshot anyway. Well, you know how it is. I have to go steal that woman, and kill everyone else. You can wait here." That said, he zooms into the air, heading back to the ship above.
The water crashes in behind him as the walls collapse and the tiny pocket of air you are standing in begins to collapse as the water floods in.

Zhou Yu
Auron follows you, if less gracefully at least managing to land behind you on the deck and moves along to step up to your side. He doesn't say a word, he just narrows his eyes behind the smokey lenses and bares his teeth at Charon, his sword at rest lazily slung over their shoulder, his other arm still slinged in his robe.
Craron limps forward, using the bottom of the scythe as a walking-staff, and faces you squarely, the black slits where is eyes were hidden. Then a light flares behind them, and a blast of ravenous flames from his mask, pouring a massive cloud over the two of you.

Terra, Fayt
Hades strains against you, flames flickering red hot through the grill of his helm as he strains against you, while his other arm does the same to Fayt. Unlike the older keyblade wielder, he doesn't have the raw muscle to fight the pull of the god, and the spectral Fayt is already completely torn from his body and being wrenched closer.

Metaknight
You send a score of the undead legionaries flying, undead flesh sizzled and blackened in the deadly light, then burst into flames, igniting like a human torch. Smoke gushed from the creases of their leather and iron armor, leaving them nothing but white ash on the wind.
Then from within the ranks of minor undead comes a different order of warrior. It's enormous, towering above the corpses at nearly twice their height, vaguely humanoid but built on a different order of scale, with jet and bronze armor made of closely articulated plates, decorated with skull imagery and with a tattered red cloak flapping on his back and shrouding his face beneath the hood. His left arm was an enormous fist, fully twice the size of his regular arm, while his right clutched a massive iron blade, pitted, jagged and notched from an eternity of battle, the scars along it only heightening it's deadliness.
There were many beings imprisoned in the Underworld. This was one of the worst, one of four, whom was given power to take peace from the earth and to make men slay each other. And he's coming to get you.

Wild Flower, Odie
For a moment his face falls, and he looks old, tired and vulnerable. Then he looks u, and he shrugs. "Well, that's how it is then." He says, and makes a cutting movement with his hand, directed at the heartless behind you. "Tear them to messes."
The heartless took that moment to attack while Shadow man sat back and watched, bony hands clutching the top of his cane. The first to move were the NovaShadows in masks. They rose in the air, surrounding themselves in darkness, and pummeled themselves at the two of them like a hail of bullets.

Cloud Strife
Kratos lashes at you with the blade, again and again, his body rippling with power as he swings the Blade of Olympus, trying to smash through your guard with sheer brute power. His chest is rising and falling like a bellows and his muscles are trembling, but he will not allow himself to pass out until he finishes you as well.

Fayt

As the spectral Fayt is dragged closer to Hades his real body tries to fire rays of destruction at the chains on both keyblade wielders spectral forms, trying to break them free. If that doesn't work he tries firing them directly at Hades.

Ventus, Ike, Xianghua

Ventus seeing this happen jumps in front of his friends and summons up a barrier of light to protect his friends. As the barrage of darkness ends Ventus falls onto one knee panting from the effort of staving of the beast of hell's attack. He sits there panting as Ike and Xianghua shoot forward intent on protecting Ventus in return. Xianghua attempts to use her high agility to jump onto Cerberus's back, flipping over the heads as they snap at her. She then tries to stab her sword into the beasts spine. Ike on the other hand takes the low route and tries to slip under Cerberus's belly one more time, taking the swipes at him like a juggernaut. Once under he raises his sword and after charging for a second he stabs it into the ground using his Eruption move to send earth and flames flying up into it's belly.

Knuckles

Seeing the warrior fight for all their worth, Knuckles own hot-blood starts pumping as he gives a mighty battle roar and glides from his high perch to the giant that is the Rock Titan. He then introduces the mighty titan to his rock shattering fists. He gives a quick 1-2 combo and then starts climbing rapidly up the giants front.

Knuckles
The Titans are climbing the mountain that towers above the Colosseum, digging into the stone and hauling themselves up the sheer cliffs. The sky above is at war with itself, lightning coming thundering down, the pillars of heaven shake, the rain descends in a wall and a firestorm is whirling in the air around. And here you are, a mortal in the eye of the tempest about to stand in between a war of gods and reap the whirlwind.
Your target is looming above you, standing half as tall as the mountain it is attempting to climb. Its whole body is solid, tough, unyielding rock of a dark gray color, its form craggy and uneven. Short, stubby legs connected to a torso that looked like a small mountain itself. Two bobbing heads, two gaping mouths, and four glowing red eyes glared up at the palace of the Gods far above it, as tremors formed massive fissures in the ground. Earthquakes ripped through the landscape, crumbling buildings in Thebes and the walls of the Colosseum, allowing the fight to spill out into the world at large as the surface trembled and vibrated beneath the massive magnitude of the Titan of Earth.
You try to climb it, dragging yourself up it's craggy surface, but it's so huge you feel you're making very slow progress.

Ventus, Ike, Xianghua
At long last, the guardian of the underworld, turns and flees yelping, bleeding liquid fire from it's many wounds, and leaving your way back up to the surface clear. As well as the door that Hades was standing in front of when you first came down. You can either stay below the world in Hades, or return to the surface and confront Hades directly.

Fayt
Hades only laughs at your attempt and pulls harder, then harder still as your attacks glance off him to no effect whatsoever. "Get that weak crap off my stadium." He replies as Fayt's strikes bounce off his divine flesh, unable to find purchase, and he drags your soul closer still.
Terra, on the other hand, has managed to stall Hades, and the god is wrestling to pull him closer for all he's worth, but with only one arm against the older keyblade wielder the two of you are actually quite well matched. For now, at least.

Dawning Light

Fayt feels fear consuming him as he was not physically strong enough to drag his soul back and his destruction beams had no effect. He feels anguish at the thought that his story would end here, taken down while his friends were counting on him. A fire comes to his eyes as he looks up at Hades and runs his fingers down the Sword of the Steppe. He then says blazing sword. Unknown to him Ike, Ventus, and Xianghua came up from the Underworld to come and confront Hades. Ventus seeing his friend's plight readies his keyblade and throws it, light coating the blade, using Strike Raid on the chain that is dragging his friends soul. At the same time Fayt throws his own blade at the chain in the same fashion Ventus does using Strike Raid as well, the base form of the skill being quite a simple maneuver. Ike and Xianghua join the fray against the Lord of the Dead's army from hell. Knuckles feeling like he is getting no where maneuvers himself carefully to equip his shovel claws. He then starts digging into the rock titan's body.

Terra
Straining for all he's worth against the inexorable pressure, Terra suddenly lets go, allowing himself get dragged up alongside Fayt, removing the scythe he has hooked to his back as he closes, and extending it like a spear. Driving it forward, he uses Hades' own strength to drag himself onto it, and impales him through the chest. As the lord of the underworld's muscles slacken he wraps the chains around his forearm and tugs, bringing him crashing down like a lumberjack tearing down a tree, and then pulls Fayt off the chain.

"Let me take the hits. I can stand it. You just hit him back." He tells Fayt, then nods as he's sees his companions arrive at the edge of the battlefield. "Same goes for all you."

Metaknight
Galaxia looked like a toothpick against the massive blade War wielded, and yet Metaknight parried the blow with it, easily, then leapt back, whirling the golden blade before closing in with him again.

War hammered down, attempting to crush Metaknight with the power of his blows and the fury of his attacks, but Metaknight's movements were small, simple, and despite the Nephalim's fury his minimalist style easily held him at bay. War switched from high strokes to low, changing patterns and trying newer, desperate tactics, and it was all the same. He seemed casual, yet he caught every strike, and War could only growl in frustration that this tiny little warrior was holding him at bay! blades ground together as he tried to overwhelm him, as physical strength was clearly on his side, yet Metaknight simply redirected the force using leverage then brought his sword to guard again.

He may look a little strange, but one could not deny he was a paragon of swordsmanship.

Zhou Yu
As the flames wash towards he simply holds his ground, his sword glinted balefully in the light of the fire. Then in an explosion of movement he kicks the tip of his blade with the side of his foot, sending slivers f wood into the air and pushing the blade into guard position, then charges through them, letting them wash over him as he extends the blade and attempts to drive it through Charon's chest, his body trailing smoke from the blaze.

Dawning Light, Terra
Hades sinks to his knees, the blade jutting obscenely through the grille of his helmet, he trembles, though whether with rage or with pain it's difficult to say, and he loses his grip on his chains, letting your souls return to you.
He stays there for a moment on his hands and knees, panting, then reaches up with a single hand and rips the scythe out, tossing it aside. Then he begins the arduous process of getting unsteadily to his feet as Fayt's comrades arrive and begin hammering at him with all they have. But unlike before, they seem to be having some effect on him, he's not simply shrugging the blows off. His divinity has a crack, and a scythe belonging to the grim reaper had that effect on most beings.
Then he finally gets his feet, forcing himself upright and straightening himself up, then extends his hands and a wall of fire forms a circle around him, expanding and forcing the five of you back.
Hades doesn't say a word. He's too mad for that. Spreading his hands he brings pillars of fire shooting up from the ground near your feet like miniature volcanoes.

Knuckles
You smash into it's rocky hide, tearing it apart like paper. It roars in fury, but given it's sheer scale you doubt you can actually hurt it like this, anymore then a flea can hurt you by biting at your skin. You need to get it where it's more vulnerable.
Lightning flashes again, lighting up the sky in a blaze for a moment and sending spots dancing in front of your eyes, then the wind and rain lash down again, blinding you as the elements continue their war as the Titans scale the mountain.

Metaknight
Growing frustrated by his inability to shatter your guard, war slams Chaoseater, his massive powerful sword, to his chest in a warriors salute, then suddenly grows six foot and begins to blaze with flickering hellfire, his body burning like molten lava. He drives his blade at you again, and this time you can't hold him off, his strength is magnified by an unspeakable amount, and he's just as fast as he was before.

Nameless
Aladdin doesn't turn around. He simply picks up a scimitar from one of the treasure piles and indicates a stone staircase leading deeper into the cave of wonders.

Zhou Yu
A second before your blade bites into him, he vanishes to reappear up on the top of the cabin, still leaning on his staff. Without a word, he slams the butt of his scythe down on the deck and sends a rolling wall of golden energy pouring over the deck and slamming into you like a collapsing tower, smashing you off the deck of the ship to fall into the river.
You feel cold skeletal hands clasp around your limbs and drag you down like lead weights.

King Mickey
King Mickey is slammed back by the water, into...well....more water. For all his power, that hurt. It hurt quite a bit. Still, he presses onward, trying to swim up and break the surface. He'd...figure out what next after that.

Wild Flower and Odie
The demon and the guardian, while breathing a little easier, are tossed back into fear that Flower might die. Though, admittedly, for entirely different reasons. Both attempt to break Facilier's binding that keeps them from surfacing.

Madame Odie had seen something like this coming. After all, the girl was too young to fall for the Shadow Man's deals. She had yet to be ground down, to realize just how bad the world could get. And if the Shadow Man couldn't get something the easy way..., well, there was always force. She whips out her staff, trying to zap the heartless back.

Dawning Light

Fayt and company start jumping away from the erupting rage of the Lord of the Dead, only their instincts and experience allowing them so stay ahead of a fiery death. While dodging Ventus tries to a blizzaga spell to try and cool down the flaming Death God. Knuckles mean while seeing that the shovel claws and his plain old fists were having no effect he takes off the shovel claws and equips the hammer gloves. These gloves exponentially increase the power of Knuckles already ridiculously powerful punches. He didn't like to use them often because if he uses them on normal people they would die instantaneously. With these new accessories equipped he starts wailing on the Titan again.

King Mickey
You get to the surface to find the ship burned to slag, a wreck charred and destroyed so that it can only vaguely be said to even resemble a ship anymore. What’s worse, it’s clearly not just the ship that was burned. You can feel a thickness in the air coating your lips, that is the melted fat of all the people on board. Blackened skeletons are scattered across the deck, and the air is choked with ash. You’ve seen terrible things, but rarely anything like this. A few are in better shape, their flesh having run like wax and welded to the steel surfaces, to the point of being impossible to tell where they begin and the bare metal ends. There is no sign of Kefka. Indeed, the only survivor left appears to be Seigfried, who's armor is smoking and is crouched in the center, Soul Calibur held in both hands, head hung. He’s covered in blood.
Untouched to his right is a photo. Disney castle at sunset, with Queen Minnie looking down at her subjects from a balconey.
Wild Flower and Odie
A glittering arc of energy slices into the shadowstuff that make up the Heartless, and knocks them back. Faciler pointedly doesn’t stir from his seat, acting for all the world as though this doesn’t concern him, though he does lift a leg to get out of the way of a Heartless sneaking up on you.
“You know, you’ve lived a long time. Old as you are, maybe death ain’t all that frightening.” He notes, as a Neoshadow leaps at the back of you and drives it’s hands into your back. Cold. So very cold. You can feel it leaching away at your life and vitality, reducing you.
“Maybe it’ll be peaceful, like. Just close your eyes and stop fighting. No more pain, no more struggle, no more passin’ around power you’d rather keep. Might even be restful. Let me know if there’s a reward, will you?” Another one scratches your leg, and the coldness spreads.
"Hell, even if there isn't, still aught to be a lot like going to sleep. Why fight that? Don't want to end up like me, do you?"

HK-47
You come to the building. Dr Faciler’s voodoo emporium. You can hear sounds of a fight in there. You have your orders.

Fayt
Whether his immortality is guarding again or the fires are simply too hot for your spell to have any effect, the walls of flames don't slow down, roming a dome of fire around him. When they do go, he's removed the helmet and you can see a horrendous slice bisecting his face, that's torn out his right eye.

Knuckles
You've finally got the Titan's attention, as it takes it's enormous hand from the mountainside and begins swatting at you, blows like an avalance rolling down as you feel it's stony hide crack beneath your fists.

Kingdom Hearts: To The Bitter End [Part One] - Page 16 Empty Re: Kingdom Hearts: To The Bitter End [Part One]

Post  AnimeKid Sun Sep 18, 2011 5:55 pm

Dawning Light

As the dome of flames dissipates they jump into action again. Fayt sticks with Terra as he goes in and jumps for a diagonal slash at Hades torso. As he runs towards him to slash he runs his fingers along the blade again to enchant it, whispering "Lightning Blade" under breath. Seeing as Zeus was the god of the sky and lightning was under his domain he hoped it would hurt the god or enrage him to the point of madness, make him an easier target. While Fayt is doing this Ventus taps his shoulder plate to transform into his armored form. After that he jumps back a good distance and starts charging up his magic for something big. It was an attack that had just gotten out of the experimental stages but was still untested, basically this would be the first time it was used. While he does this Ike and Xianghua dart forward Ragnell and Soul Caliber glowing faintly in the light. Ike goes his the gods right side and crouching powerfully he leaps up into the air at the tall god. Upon reaching his head Ike says, "For the lives of those at stake we shall not fail! Great Aether!" With that Ike's blade erupts into flames as he goes into a series of very powerful sword strokes slashing left, right, up, down, diagonally and every other which way with a few kicks thrown in here and there, all the while remaining in the same position his started. Then with a double somersault he brings his blade down on Hades head for the final move in the chain. Xianghua meanwhile takes a less flashy route as she runs towards Hades back jumping up high enough to reach the top of the god's (theoretical) spinal column. She then lets her wieght and gravity do it's work as she tries to stab the blade in and slide down his spine. Knuckles sees the Titan's hand coming he then looks towards the hole that he managed to dig into the Titan's side with his shovel claws and expanded with his Hammer Gloves. He then claws inside to let the Titan's strength work against him as he slams his own hide.

Kingdom Hearts: To The Bitter End [Part One] - Page 16 Empty Re: Kingdom Hearts: To The Bitter End [Part One]

Post  draxx Mon Sep 19, 2011 11:58 pm

Zhou Yu
He fell towards the bottom, fatalistically letting the waters close over him, dragging him deep beneath the river of death towards the bottom. As he was want to, he found himself thinking of other things, of the riverlands he'd lived his life on, of better times with his sworn brother and his wife, times before the era of warlords and the shadows that came and stole his world.

Now all that was left was he himself. What still remained to keep him going? His wife was gone and lost to him, his sworn brother killed by treachery, the kingdom he protected consumed by the darkness. All that was left was him. And what could he accomplish alone?

He was cooling, as the bony hands leached the life from him, and could see now the grinning, bleached skulls, the balefires of their eyes alive with hunger, a desire for his life. They clawed at him, tearing at him to try to steal his vitality, and he let them. He was like them. There was nothing for him here anymore. The sword slipped from his nerveless fingers and fell, falling into the murky water, as he spread his arms and welcomed an ending.

"Get up." The voice was insubstantial, no more then a whisper, but it jolted life into him. Looking around, he spotted the image of Sun Ce, looking down at him. Dressed in the armor he'd been buried in, he bulged with muscle and had the same cheerful, boyish face he'd always had, though it was tired, and somewhat strained. A decade of intrigue and warring rested heavily on his broad shoulders. His brown eyes, strangely mild for a conqueror, stared reproachfully at his sworn brother.

"The point was never ruling the land. You know that. It's the people I cared about. They're what really matter. We were going to open a new future for all the world. And you made me a promise, that my dreams wouldn't fade with my body. The Zhou Yu I know wouldn't let me down like that."

“… Brother?”

“It’s really me.” He replies, smiling a little, and folding his big arms. “Good to see you to. One day it will be time for you to cross over, and the two of us can go beyond that gate together and see what we find. But not today, brother. Not for a long time yet.”

“No.” He agrees, sadly, still staring at Sun Ce. Almost all the air in his lungs is gone, all the heat in his veins sapped, yet suddenly he has a renewed purpose, and with it an overwhelming desire to live.

“You can do this. Remember my dreams, and remember me. I’ll always be with you. Now go up there and win. It’s what you’re best at.” Zhou Yu nods, and breaks the grip of the figures around him, then swims up to the surface, pulling himself out of the water and up the boat with his bare hands.

Auron is struggling against the boatman, being beaten back by the enormous scythe and flames. Zhou Yu crosses the deck on silent feet, quiet as a cat, and taking the boatsmen head between his hands, breaks his neck before he even realizes the strategist is there. Without a word, he kicks him off the deck, and turns to the rudder. It’s a narrow tunnel, he can’t help but wish Gan Ning or Zhou Tai was here. No doubt either of the old pirates could navigate it with their eyes closed. But he had been aboard ships all his life, be it in the narrows riverways that threaded his homelands or out to sea. He’d be able to do this.

“Keep an eye out for my friend. We’ll get him, then fight our way back out.” He chuckles, his laughter strange and cautious, as though he’d forgotten how and is trying to learn it again. “I always aim for a victory with a minimum of effort, although that is looking like a rather difficult task.”

Metaknight
The tiny knight leaps up, landing atop the thrust sword and perching there, his owm blade held up above his head, then runs down the blade as easily as a road, leaping as he comes to the handguard and slicing War across the face an inch bellow the eye, then executing a perfect summersalt and landing on his feet behind the giant, Galaxia outflung. A few drops of smoking blood turn to vapor.

"When the injustice is great enough, justice will lend me the strength needed to correct it. None may stand against it. It will shatter every barrier, sunder any shield, tear through any enchantment, and lend its servant the power to pass sentence. All things fade. People, worlds, even the gods themselves come to an end. But Justice is eternal. It cannot be bought. It cannot be turned aside. It has found you."

He turns, and brings his sword into ready position as War staggers at the blow. It wasn't enough to kill him, but the sheer power of the sword and the strike had hurt him more then he could easily comprehend, and another such blow would finish him entirely.

"Know this: There is nothing on all the worlds and in any heart that can stay the hand of justice when it is brought against them. It may unmake armies. It may sunder the thrones of gods. Know that for all who betray justice, I am their fate. And you are nothing. Fight me if you dare."

Nameless
Taking the hint, he draws his axe and tests the edge, barely seeming to notice when it pats the skin of his thumb and draws a bright bead of blood, that he flicks away disdainfully.

Terra
As Hades launches his flames, Terra stands up, taking his keyblade and absorbing the blast. It's agony, more then he can stand, yet he grits his teeth and spreads his arms, keeping the flames from reaching his friends. He's cooking inside his armor, the metal burning his skin so much it's close to fusing with it, and he screams in agony, but he doesn't back down.

When the inferno finally ends, he takes his Keylade and focuses his will, forcing it into the weapon that begins to glow, and then morphs into an gigantic cannon, only barely resembling the weapon it transformed from, and fires a massive blast of energy at Hades that explodes in a massive white cataclysm of energy. Once he had come perilously close to surrendering to darkness, but that time was gone, and while the darkness was still part of his soul, it no longer mastered him. He mastered it. He poured all his reserves into the blast, striking more out of love of those he protected then hate of the one he was up against.

Then he collapsed to his knees, keyblade point down and held in shaking hands to keep himself propped up, completely drained.

Kingdom Hearts: To The Bitter End [Part One] - Page 16 Empty Re: Kingdom Hearts: To The Bitter End [Part One]

Metaknight
Burning blood dripped down his cheek and along his shoulder, and his hood was knocked back, exposing his lions mane of white hair, framing a powerful face, with deep set eyes and a wide, heavy jaw.
He staggers back a step, the force of the blow having threatened to knock him over, and his sole remaining hand comes up to his cheek as his eyes widen in shock. The hellfire that wreathed him dies down, and he resumes his former appearance. A swirl of red vapor licks up from the sword, but he makes no movement, watching you. Then he points his massive spiked gauntlet at you and clenches a fist, launching a heavy spiked chain your way that crunches into you with a tremendous impact, punching through your armor and into your flesh, and it's barbs hooking you like a fish.
His other hand drives his sword into the ground, then reaches into his holster and removes The Mercy, a four-barrel demonic handcannon. Pointing it at you, he begins firing while he pulls you closer with the chain, in order to prevent you from dodging.

Zhou Yu
The ship sails along the tributaries of the river Styx, and you are soon quite lost in the twisting passages of the underworld. Quite by accident you come to a chamber where Vincent is hanging, held up by a pair of chains embedded into his wrists, looking like a broken angel in a demonic child's mobile.
His alabaster skin is torn and bloody, and his chest isn't moving, though he's alive. Or at least, he's the same he always was. Now it's a matter of dragging him back to the land of the living, while you navigated the river of the dead on this ship.

Terra, Dawning Light
Hades lowers his hands as Terra absorbs the force of his blow, frustration clear on his face, then staggers as he's hit by the lightning. Rounding on Fayt, he only laughs scornfully as Ike's flaming sword passes harmlessly through him. "Fire? I got that covered already, in case you haven't noticed. Check this out." He says, as he summons a storm of flames and unleashes them on Fayt. "Lets see if you're as tough as that boy over there." He says, indicating Terra.
Xianghua sinks her sword into his back, but he ignores it, still focussing his power on Fayt.

Knuckles
You shake as with a booming crash the hand smashes against the rock, knocking loose huge sections to fall to the ground bellow, and the terrible sound so loud it leaves you death, with only a ringing sound. It hammers it's back a few more times, furthering the damage and creating great cracks in it's own hide, then forces a finger into the hole you made, the giant probing digit trying to root you out.

Dawning Light

Focusing the magical energies within him Fayt says, "Protega" as a sphere of bright white energy encases him to protect him from the flames, sweat dripping down his brow as he starts panting heavily. Ike cursing himself for his oversight tries to attack the gods ankles to try and make his stumble and give Fayt some relief. Xianghua starts descending rapidly down Hades back with her sword tearing a path the whole way thanks to Momentum and gravity. Ventus meanwhile is still charging his attack as it nears it's peak staying out of the fight as he painfully watches his friends, no his family get practically swatted by the Lord of the Dead. He can only hope they hold out a little longer. Knuckles meanwhile curses as the Titan's finger probes his hiding place. As the finger comes close to his position Knuckles with his Hammer Gloves still equipped starts spinning his arms in rapid circles until they are little more than red blurs. As the finger come to him the spinning of Knuckles fists plus his enhanced strength should act as a grinder or high powered sander that will rapidly erode away the finger until it is little more than a stub.

Dawning Light
Xianghua's weight is minimal when considering the sheer height of Hades and the density of his divine flesh. What's actually happening is that she has her blade impaled in his shoulder and can't get it out, and her feet are dangling four feet above the ground.
Ike slashes him, and he does stumble, then turns and swats him across the face, sending him staggering, as much from surprise as from pain. "That's it!" he growls. "I've had enough of all of you." With that said, he vanishes in a cloud of black smoke. It hangs a moment, grimly portentuos, then reforms into a grim figure as Hades reappears atop the box where Phil had been commentating during the fights.
The figure is tall and well built, somewhat human, although given it's face, a featureless and smooth expanse of bone broken only by two dark slits for eyes, and it's pale, crapsacular white skin like some terrible fungal growth, you don't think you'd ever mistake it for something alive. It's hair is dark and wild, it build is strong, and it's robes decorated with a complex arangement of bones.
It pauses, staring at you all, and then extends a hand, summoning the scythe Dante had taken from it and Terra had taken from Dante. The most fearsome of the Nephalim, power was given unto it, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and to bring Death where it came.
He spreads his arms, and his two remaining kin appear behind him, Fury and Strife. Fury wears armor that makes her look like a segmented insect and carries a burning chain, her brass eyes alight with madness. Strife dressed much the same, and carried a pair of massive pistols.
Hades conjours a throne to sit on, then a cigar to smoke as he watches you take them on.

Knuckles
The probing digit withdraws, and you breathe a sigh of relief. Just the same, remaining here isn't doing much good. You'll have to go for the heads to do any real damage.
